Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling high end Luxury Suite/Premium seating inventory including Full and Partial Plan Multi-year agreements to businesses and individuals while continuing to develop new business.
  • Sells New Memberships, Suite Rentals/Packages and Group/Hospitality Packages.
  • Develops new relationships with businesses in the area.
  • Works with Premium Services team on events and retentions efforts.
  • Generates leads via prospecting, networking, and cold calls.
  • Maintains and grows current relationships for renewals, referrals and cross-selling.
  • Develops and implements a plan to reach annual revenue goals.
  • Utilizes CRM for contact management, sales pipeline tracking and ensures all record keeping is timely and accurate.
  • Represents the Club in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director, Premium & Membership Sales.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 or 4-year degree or educational equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business or other closely related field. 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years sales experience, preferably working in Suite and Premium services and sales in a professional sports or entertainment venue.
  • Must have experience working with a CRM, and use CRM according to company protocol and standards.
  • Very strong written and interpersonal communication skills, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people and relationship management skills; committed to teamwork and delivering results to customers/clients.
  • Excellent ability to work with and maintain positive work relationships with co-workers, managers, and executives.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Will work a variety of hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings; expected to have a presence at all home games.
  • Consistent, punctual and regular attendance.
  • Professional image and demeanor.
  • Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.
